The VuNet Systems Offerings are extendible using software applications commonly called “apps,” “add-ons,” “widgets,” or “technical add-ons” that we offer through cloud1.vunetsystems.com or other websites that link to this Privacy Policy. We refer to these collectively as “Apps.” These Apps are versatile and have access to a broad set of web technologies that can be used to collect and use your Information. This Privacy Policy only applies to Apps built by or on behalf of VuNet Systems. It does not apply to Apps developed by others (“App Developers”) and available through cloud1.vunetsystems.com, third-party marketplaces (e.g., AWS Marketplace and Google Play Store), or interoperable with VuNet Systems Offerings.
VuNet Systems requires App Developers to comply with applicable privacy and data protection laws but cannot guarantee that they do so. Before you use Apps created by App Developers, you should familiarize yourself with their privacy policies and license agreements.
VuNet systems collects data generated from the use and performance of Apps that interoperate with VuNet Systems Offerings, such as crash information, version, session duration, and user engagement (e.g., number of downloads, active/licensed users, and log-ins). We may share this information with App Developers so they can improve and enhance the performance of their Apps.
VuNet Systems takes reasonable technical and organizational measures to safeguard Personal Data against loss, theft, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, misuse, or destruction. Unfortunately, no data transmission, software, or storage system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. If you have reason to believe that your interaction with us is no longer secure (for example, if you feel that the security of an account has been compromised), please notify us immediately in accordance with the Contact Us section in our website. If VuNet Systems learns of a breach of its systems, VuNet Systems may notify you or others consistent with applicable law and/or as agreed in our contract with you. VuNet Systems transfers personal data outside the European Union (EU) and the European Economic Area (EEA) only under strict safeguards. We ensure that similar protection is afforded to the data as within the EU/EEA, either by transferring it to countries that have been deemed to provide an adequate level of protection or by using specific contracts approved by the European Commission which give personal data the same protection it has in Europe.
