Are you a techno-functional expert with the patience, passion, and perseverance to drive revenue through strategic pre-sales efforts? VuNet Systems is on the lookout for someone like you. As a leader in full-stack observability solutions, we leverage big data and machine learning in innovative ways to enhance digital payment experiences. Our business-centric Observability platform is transforming the largest Banks, Payment Gateways, and financial institutions.
As a Pre-Sales Lead, you will be the lead actor in our pre-sales and marketing initiatives, playing a critical role in shaping the solution and value articulation for prospective customers.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Market Research: Conduct in-depth research to understand industry trends, customer segments, and the competitive landscape. Stay ahead of emerging solutions and product dynamics.
- Value Creation: Craft compelling sales collateral and presentations. Draw on success stories to build a strong value proposition, helping prospects envision a transformative future with our product.
- Strategic Execution: Drive successful closures, and empower the sales team with innovative ideas, collaterals, and proposal responses. Analyze win/loss ratios to continuously improve our approach.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate cross-functionally with product and sales team to map customer needs to product use cases, draft solutions and value proposition.

Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in pre-sales or similar roles, with a preference for backgrounds in BFS, FinTech, or AIOps.
- A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Exceptional people and communication skills, with a detail-oriented and organized approach. • Agility and flexibility to thrive in uncertain environments.
- Proven experience in solutioning, estimation and pricing.
- A deep passion for technology and the start-up ecosystem.
Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’ s degree in business administration, marketing, computer science, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
