What You Can Make Happen

We are looking for a Lead-UI/UX Designer, highly self-driven, passionate and who can join our
product development team. You will team up with a group of ambitious, collaborative team
members and developers to create best-in-class user experiences. The UX Design Lead will work
with stakeholders and developers to identify and solve UX problems and create interfaces that
are clean, intuitive, and exceptionally easy to use. You will be executing multiple design projects
in a structured development pipeline, and utilizing a variety of architecture, UX design, and UX
research skills to best meet the varying needs of the business.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead the design team and provide guidance and support to ensure design consistency and quality.
  • Develop and maintain design guidelines, templates, and processes to ensure consistency and efficiency across all design projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, brainstorm ideas, and design solutions that align with business objectives.
  • Developing and conceptualizing a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy for the product.
  • Incorporating customer feedback, usage metrics, and usability findings into design in order to enhance user experience.
  • Identifying and troubleshooting UX problems.
  • Generate ideas and concepts to create emotionally engaging user flows, storyboards, wireframes, interactions, prototypes, design specifications, and presentations focusing on information architecture and interaction to articulate a user’s journey.
  • Developing and conceptualizing a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy for the product.
  • Evolving and evangelizing our Design System.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to gain insights into user needs, behaviors, and trends.
  • Work closely with development teams to ensure design implementation and maintain design consistency throughout the development process.
  • Continuously evaluate and iterate designs based on feedback and data-driven insights.

Skills & Experience

  • 6+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a minimum of 2 years in a lead role.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing your design process, problem-solving skills, and user-centric  design approach.
  • Proficient in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools such as InVision or Marvel.
  • Experience working in agile development methodologies and collaborating with Marketing and Design development teams.
  • Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and rationale to stakeholders and cross-functional teams.



Bachelor of Design (B. Des.), or Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or B. Tech Information Technology or any a related field
