Roles & Responsibilities

  • Greeting visitors and directing them to relevant VuNetians.
  • Preparing, organizing, and storing information in paper and digital form.
  • Arranging travel and accommodation.
  • Office upkeep (cleanliness, stationery, coffee – tea vending machine, chairs, etc.)
  • Arranging post and deliveries.
  • Maintaining laptop issuance and storage.
  • Signatures on documents from management as per need.
  • Meeting room management (office and other locations).
  • Managing diaries, scheduling meetings, and booking rooms.
  • Visiting other offices (Government or Private) on need basis.
  • Coordinating all celebrations like birthdays, work anniversaries and any such cases.
  • Maintaining CEO calendar and follow through and managing the expense reports (Credit card settlement, travel settlement & expenses reimbursement) for Key persons.

Skills & Experience

  • Any degree with good English communication skills.
  • Minimum 1+years administrative experience.
  • Computer literate must be able to work independently without dependency.
  • Open to work on assigned responsibilities without hesitation or time constraints.
